Custom-built for Outcry Theatre’s production of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, these unique nautilus puppets are hand-controlled and feature retractable legs for a hiding effect. Each puppet includes a glove worn by the puppeteer for seamless movement. When it's time to "hide," the puppeteer takes their other hand and holds the bottom of the puppet and pulls the legs in.
